Personal data provided will be processed, mainly with electronic means, by Promosfera srl – data controller – Via G. Giusti 65/A, 21019 Somma Lombardo (VA – Italy) (hereinafter: “the controller” or “Promosfera”) for the purpose of answering your request. Data processing has as a legal basis the fulfilment of obligations undertaken by the controller in giving course to requests made by the data subject (art. 6, par. 1, letter b), GDPR). Personal data will be stored in our filing system for the period necessary to give you a reply, which may imply several contacts if the question cannot be solved at once or if the data subject requires other information. Afterwards, personal data will be erased and destroyed. Besides, personal data will be processed for commercial and advertising contacts as regards our products and services on the legal basis of “legitimate interest” (art. 6, par. 1, letter f, GDPR, preamble 47, GDPR, Opinion 6/2014 Working Party 29) pursued by Promosfera to update the person who has already been interested in our activity, requiring information. This Promosfera’s legitimate interest is counterbalanced by the data subject’s interest to get to know what services and products we can offer and in which the person has already been interested by contacting us. Personal data will be stored until Promosfera believes, reasonably, that its products and services are of interest of its market insofar as it continues its activities with the same product characteristics. The storage is reduced if the person objects to the processing for direct marketing purposes as explained below. So, afterwards, personal data will be processed for statistical purposes and identification data will be erased and destroyed. Commercial and advertising contacts will be carried out by means of both traditional and electronic communication tools. Persons authorised to data processing are in charge of commercial and sales services, direct marketing, information technology and data security.

Pursuant to arts. 15-21, GDPR, by writing to the controller at the postal address mentioned above or e-mail, you may ask for the list processors or you may exercise the right of access, rectification and erasure, restriction of processing, portability of data or you may object to the processing on legitimate grounds and for the purpose of direct marketing or commercial communication surveys.
